Virtual Tour Orders
Orders can be submitted via fax at (757) 282-7878 or e-mail to grahamservices@cox.net or by calling 757-418-4663. You will be contacted promptly to schedule an appointment and review terms of order. Completed virtual tours, photos & flyers are delivered by e-mail within 2 business days of appointment. For tours to be uploaded to Realtor.com, properties must be actively listed on the Realtor.com site.
All tour prices are for properties within a 25 mile radius of our Chesapeake office, additional fees of .55 per mile may apply for greater distances. (Most locations in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and northern Currituck county fall within the 25 mile radius)
Re-Shoots
Often times a property needs new photos taken - re-shoot fees are $50
Changes to Flyers
We understand that price changes are often necessary. No charge is assessed for the first price change to flyers, subsequent price changes will be assessed a $10 fee.
Staging
Staging & consulting services are available from $35 per hour. Properties are expected to be photo ready at appointment time and staging services provided at the time of photo shoot will be billed accordingly.
We also are Accredited Staging Providers and can provide a recommendation report, full-service staging and anything in-between.
As an ADDED CONVENIENCE, we are members of REIN and have LOCKBOX access -

Canceled appointments and second-trip charges
Second trip charges may apply if:
The property is not "show ready" for the pictures and the decision is made to delay and reschedule.
There is no access to the property at the scheduled time of the appointment.
(Second trip charges are currently $50)
Orders may be canceled without charge anytime up to within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Cancelation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Payment of fees
Payment of tour fees is due at time of tour delivery.
For your convenience, We Accept Visa & MasterCard.
Corporate accounts will be invoiced as mutually agreed upon and due and payable upon receipt.
Any payment that is 30 days or more past due will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum allowable by law.
All photographs & virtual tours remain the property of Graham Services / Graham Marketing Services and we reserve the right to use said items in promotional materials. Graham Services WILL NOT market said photographs or tours to a third party.

We host the Virtual Tours on our web site
For the convenience of our customers, all residential virtual tours will be hosted on our web site for the length of the active listing or one year, whichever is less. Tours may be removed earlier if requested in writing. Tours not renewed prior to their expiration date are subject to removal without additional notification.
Unique Tour Address
Each residential property is located and referenced by their unique individual URL address.
